Hi, I'm Michal Vratny.

But everybody calls me Radar (including my mom).

I'm the founder of Zelezna koule, a leading strength and conditioning organization operating three gyms in Prague. With a focus on real-world application and longevity, my training system has impacted the lives of more than 10,000 individuals in the past decade.

When I'm not busy transforming lives, you'll find me soaring through the skies as an avid skydiver, defying gravity in the wind tunnel, carving up the slopes on my snowboard, or immersing myself in an epic Dungeons & Dragons adventure.
